About Olivia Nakimera

I've learned first-hand how important health is if I want to be a high-impact leader, without running dry. My passion for this mission comes out of Isaiah 58:11, " Yahweh will always guide you where to go and what to do. He will fill you with refreshment even when you are in a dry, difficult place. He will continually restore strength to you, so you will flourish like a well-watered garden and like an ever-flowing, trustworthy blessing".

MY STORY

Leadership (corporate, parenthood, community) can be a dry difficult place, and doing it well while staying strong, energized and flourishing, requires being healthy in a sustainable way.

Personally, my health has been fueled by my faith and values. I focus on filling my day with heartfelt moments that evoke positive emotions and prioritizing healthy choices in small ways across all lifestyle pillars: faith, emotional, mental, nutrition, sleep, stress, community, and movement.

I’ve been where you are— successful on paper but struggling inside. I felt drained physically, emotionally, and mentally, teetering on the edge of burnout without realizing it. I knew if I wasn’t thriving, I couldn’t truly show up for my family or make an impact. This was not living life well-watered, and it was not sustainable.

That realization was the catalyst for my journey to reclaim my health through small, consistent habits, living by my values, and prioritizing joy. Over 17 years in Corporate Finance, I helped businesses optimize performance, and I also loved guiding colleagues in personal growth. When my health declined while juggling career and family, I saw the need to refine my most valuable resource—my well-being.

There is no magic time in your life where it suddenly becomes convenient to make a change in your health. Often, my clients wait until the glass of water is completely empty - and at that point, the journey back is more arduous than perhaps it needed to be.

In 2017, becoming a mother deepened my commitment to health. Learning about gut-brain health transformed my approach—I discovered how daily choices either build us up or hold us back. This led me to Functional Medicine Coaching, where I learned how to turn information into real, lasting change for myself and my clients.

True transformation doesn’t require overhauling your entire life or going vegan—it’s about getting crystal clear with your values and taking small, intentional steps. I’ve lived this, and now my mission is to help you do the same. No matter your starting point, you have the power to recharge, lead, and flourish. You deserve the right to ensure you’ll be around to continue building and enjoying everything you’ve worked so hard for, for years to come.
